Global Retail Banking
A recent study has highlighted three key trends in global retail banking. The report, ‘Banking Trailblazers - Winning Strategies in Retail Banking’ states that developing the retail bank branch, engaging in core modernization technologies and improving contactless payments and mobile money will be the key factors in how banks perform against  their competitors.
Compiled by Timetric, the study highlights ten leading banks with retail customers and argues that the, despite all of the new money management technologies, the branch will continue to be the ‘foundation of the customer experience.’
